Payment Schedules for NCHA Produced LAE Events

November 17th is a postmarked date. Penalties apply the day following the deadline on all payments.

2026 NCHA Futurity - ENTRY FORMS

First Payment - November 17, 2025 postmark deadline

ENTRY FORMS / TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Second Payment - January 9th IN OFFICE Deadline

Third Payment - August 26th IN OFFICE Deadline

Final Payments - October 2nd IN OFFCE Deadline

Amateur 1st Payment

August 26th IN OFFICE Deadline

Amateur 2nd Payment

October 2nd IN OFFICE Deadline

Sub-Classes for all Divisions / Levels

Class	Entry Fee
Senior / Gelding / Chrome Cash	$600

Sub-Classes may be added prior to 3pm the day before a division starts without late penalties.

2026 Super Stakes

The payment schedule is:

1st payment is due IN OFFICE on January 15, 2026

2nd payment is due IN OFFICE on February 16, 2026

2026 Summer Cutting Spectacular

The payment schedule is:

1st payment is due IN OFFICE on April 24, 2026

2nd payment is due IN OFFICE on May 22, 2026

ALL payments received by NCHA are assessed a Non-Refundable Transaction Fee of 3%. NCHA will waive the fee if payment is submitted by check, Wire Transfer or ACH/E-check.
